Highmark Wholecare Diamond Members receive extra benefits to help with utility bills. Members will receive $100 every 3 months to help pay for bills like gas, water, and internet.
There are 2 ways to use your benefits
- Go to HealthyBenefitsPlus.com/HighmarkWholecare, click on Bill Pay, and enter the details on your bill to finish your payment
- You can call 1-833-560-1817 (TTY 711). You will need to have your bill ready that has your 16-digit account number as well as the 4-digit security code on the back of your Wholecare card

Highmark Wholecare offers wellness coaching over the phone, at no additional cost to our members.
Wellness coaches can help you make lifestyle changes to improve your health and wellness.
Our counselors include:
- Certified Rehabilitation Counselor - Help prevent or reduce falls. This Wellness Coach will ask some questions about your
risk for falling and do a home safety checklist. Your coach will also give you tips to help your balance and strength.
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist - Get answers to your questions about healthy eating from a food expert.
This Wellness Coach will work with you to help manage any medical conditions or your overall health.
- Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist - Take control of your diabetes. This Wellness Coach will help you learn about taking medicines
and lowering your risk of diabetes-related complications. You can set goals for moving more.

At Highmark Wholecare we want to provide as many options as possible to make meeting with your doctor possible. This is why we are happy to provide our members with transportation services, making getting to your doctor easier than ever.
Diamond members will receive 100 one-way trips per year for non-emergency medical trips. In addition, Diamond members can choose to use 24 of these 100 trips for non-health related services such as going to the grocery store.
Ruby members will receive 30 trips per year for non-emergency medical trips.

This program has millions of members, thousands of gyms and classes for all interests and abilities.
SilverSneakers may also be covered by Medicare part C. You can check to see if your Medicare plan covers this program online.
